We create construction estimates or material takeoffs on the drawing plans and specifications provided by customers. Our estimators are not responsible if there is any misunderstanding in the scope of work or project drawings. We can also provide an accurate estimate of the desired scope on additional charges if you want us to revise the estimate on another scope.
We use updated zip code-based pricing databases and RS means for accurate pricing, so there is a slight chance of cost fluctuations. Although our estimators check the estimate, we also advise our customers to review it before submitting it for bidding. Let us know if you find anything that needs to be updated or if you need to add missing items. Our estimators are happy to accommodate these changes in your cost estimates or material takeoffs.
Project Delivery Time and Payment Terms
Royal Takeoffs has a unique track record of delivering 98% of our estimates and takeoffs on time specified in the quote. We usually deliver project estimates within 8 to 20 business hours. But this time can be increased or decreased according to the size, scope, and complexity of the job. If you are on a tight timeline and need an estimate within 8 hours, we can also serve you.
We have a policy to charge upfront for the estimation or takeoff fees. Our clients can easily pay the fees specified in the quote using debit cards, credit cards, bank transfers, PayPal, etc. The refund is only applies when you cancel your estimate within 1 hour of payment. After one hour, our estimators will start working on your project and no refund will be made. Furthermore, we keep all your confidential information safe. We do not sell or share information with third parties.
